The Wheel is a sonic and musical journey through the medicine wheel. This medicine music journey creates an opportunity to connect with the four different planes of consciousness that are represented in a non-traditional medicine wheel. Heart, Spirit, Mind and Body. Throughout the listening journey you will connect with these four different energies and spaces, in order to meet different parts of yourself. This album was created to help support the journey into self through breathwork, movement, psychedelics, meditation or simply through the experience of listening.

A wheel does not have a beginning or an end, and it doesn’t move in a certain direction. It is a continuum into the whole, and a space where we can connect with our own wholeness to heal. As we journey through the wheel, we discover that we are all of the parts of ourself, and without including each part, we are never fully complete.

Nicole Casteel (Vocalist) is an Indiana based medicine musician. Trained as a classical singer since her early childhood, her path led her to using music and sound for healing. Studying numerous shamanic traditions, Nicole created her own style of sonic healing. Her songs and soundscapes bridge the ancient and new medicine traditions. They are ethereal yet grounding, heart opening, and soul enlivening. Nicole offers sound medicine and sound healing ceremonies all over the US.

Ross Wyeno (Producer, Manager) is a Colorado based electronic music producer and DJ. His musical taste crosses the spectrum of modern music, focused on dance music, ambient, 80’s and 90’s pop, contemporary jazz, synth wave and Berlin techno.
